Are you a theatre-maker, looking for ways to green your practice? Then do we have an offer for you! The Greenhouse Theatre has created the first ever accredited Carbon Literacy training course, aimed specifically at freelance and fringe theatre-makers.

This is a great, hands-on, and straight-forward way to learn about the environmental impact of your work, and how you can reduce it! Including training on using the Theatre Green Book - the current industry standard in sustainability - at the end of the course, you'll receive an official workplace accreditation from the Carbon Literacy Trust!

Over two, four-hour sessions, you’ll learn about the carbon impacts of all elements of the theatre industry, as well as getting a crash-course in understanding and using the Theatre Green Book.

Whether you're a director or a designer, a stage-manager or even a performer, this course is a hands-on and practical way to develop all the skills and knowledge you need to work greener. And at the end, you'll get an official workplace certification from the Carbon Literacy Trust, making it easy to demonstrate you skills and knowledge to colleagues and employers.
