Guided by Marianne, a symbolic witness of a time when currency rapidly lost its worth, you will receive revolutionary money and enter a carefully curated “market”.

Here, you will choose how to spend it: on artisanal food, small pleasures, or objects of culture. As you navigate your choices, the experience unfolds through live performance, storytelling, and interaction, inviting reflection on what truly holds value — both then and now.

With a maximum of 15 participants, each evening is unique, shaped by the decisions and presence of the audience.

This is not a traditional play, but a shared encounter where history, theatre, and human behaviour meet.

Audience feedback

"It felt like a 4D experience!. I wasn't just watching, I was listening and speaking with Marianne."

"Surprise, closeness and empathy."

"A really immersive experience and a safe place to think and share without feeling judged"

Find out more about Marianne - Design and Entertainment

I am an Italian multidisciplinary artist, performer, and designer, working at the intersection of theatre, costume, and visual storytelling. I founded Marianne Design and Entertainment, a creative brand where I combine immersive performance with conceptual and sustainable fashion design projects currently in development. My practice focuses on interactive experiences that invite audiences to engage directly with historical narratives and fictional worlds. I trained in classical and contemporary theatre with cultural associations in my hometown in Italy, an experience that shaped my need to develop an authentic and personal language to connect with others through performance.
