The spaces at Theatre Deli are run with the aim of supporting artists and creating a diverse artistic community. Our Membership Policy exists to ensure that members receive exclusive benefits while using our spaces in compliance with our hirers’ agreement.
Prospective members must apply via the Community Hub. Theatre Deli reserves the right to grant or deny the membership of any applicant. If Theatre Deli is not satisfied that the applicant’s work will contribute to the creative community, and thereby help us meet our charitable aims of supporting artists across the UK, membership and benefits may be denied.
Members agree to adhere to the following membership policy:
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Members may have to show a membership card or provide proof of membership to redeem perks and discounts.
Membership benefits and rates can only be claimed by the account holder and are non-transferable.
Membership will automatically expire one year after issue. Automatic renewal can be activated through the platform.
When hiring studios, Members must adhere to the Hirer’s policy found here. Theatre Deli reserves the right to terminate the membership and on consideration, refuse future hire requests if this policy is violated.
Booking, Payment and Contact Information: Payment can be made by electronic invoice issued via email, telephone or in person at Deli Studios reception.
Members’ personal data will be collected and stored according to Theatre Deli’s Data Protection Policy found here, specifically in line with the clause that outlines data may be lawfully held when processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
Records of any financial transaction will be held by Theatre Deli for 7 years and then destroyed, in line with our financial management processes.
Theatre Deli will only contact Members with the email provided via our Membership Application Form and will never share personal details with third parties. Theatre Deli will only contact members on the email address provided for matters of legitimate interest such as issues affecting membership or booking, unless the member has signed up to our mailing list.
