Job Summary
Hi there! We are looking for one drummer/percussionist for a short period of time in June and July to work on and perform in our current 60 min live theatre piece - 'The Morphea'.

This is an Equity Fringe contract - London Living Wage + Holiday Pay applies, payment is calculated hourly.

Job Description
You will rehearse in June and early July with one actor, the director and the movement director on our current 60 minute piece 'The Morphea' which uses text and movement, and perform with the actor on two dates in July at The Greenhouse Theatre.

Note about the performance space. The Greenhouse Theatre is the UK's first zero waste theatre. Performances use natural light, sound ie. no amplification and natural flooring ie. grass!

Job Requirements
As percussionist/drummer you will accompany the actor through the piece, to support the story development and help create the character's world.

Improvisation skills are essential.

Job Responsibilities
You must be able to commit to the following:

Rehearsals start week of approx Monday June 19th (TBC), staggered over the 3 weeks leading to performance.

There will be approximately 6 - 8 (TBC) rehearsal sessions of 3 hours each.

2 performances on Thursday and Friday, 13th & 14th July at 9pm.
