A young woman wanders around London, walking through the day and night, riding the tube to unfamiliar places, searching for something. What?

As she searches, terrible memories flash into view of her brutal time in prison in her native Belarus, where she was caught-up in the protests against the rigged elections and state violence in 2020. Will she be forever trapped in these dark visions or can her search heal her scarred psyche?

This genre-breaking piece combines movement, words and sound to explore trauma and recovery, tackling issues of violence at both state and personal levels, shedding light on the power of women’s voices in the fight for justice.
