An oriental tragedy freely inspired by true events. Between love and betrayal... Between legend and destiny... What if the heart, in turn, became a battlefield?

We are casting theatre performers, both male and female, for leading and supporting roles in a poetic contemporary tragedy inspired by a North African historical figure.

The production blends classical intensity with contemporary staging, physical theatre, and strong visual language.

We are seeking performers with strong stage experience, emotional precision and training in physical theatre.
Must be London based.

This is an original creation and an independent project by Les Shahibins theatre company in collaboration with Culturama.

Rehearsals: 3 weeks between January and March. Dates TBC.
Performances: 18-19-20 March 2027 in London
