The Show:
BIG STRONG MAN is an interrogation of northern masculinity in a brand new, choice-based, cabaret-style night out. A diverse group of four Northern guys are given the impossible task of rebuilding masculinity in one night. Every time they make a choice, something happens: a game, a song, a dance, a scene or a spoken word poem based on the experience of people from across the North of England. They’re going to need some help…that’s where the audience comes in!
BIG STRONG MAN puts the power in the audiences hands by letting them choose which parts of the show they want to see.
The tone for this show is best described as: part party, part protest, all theatre!
