Synopsis: 8-year-old Andrea loves to draw her favourite things: the stars, the forest, and her best friend, the Astronaut. But Andrea is left confused when her imaginary friend vanishes after an unexpected incident in her otherwise ordinary town. At 15, Andrea’s star-bound companion reappears, prompting her new mission.
Crew onboard with credits such as Bridgerton, Deadpool, and Wolverine.
Filming will take place from February 2027 in and around London.
This is a no-fee project across all cast and crew roles. Ideal for those who enjoy collaborative filmmaking and gaining new showreel material. Travel/expenses will be covered.
For minors, a chaperone must be present (parent, guardian, family member, trusted adult, etc), and production will ensure the children have the legally mandated regular breaks and limited hours. All shoots will be on weekends to ensure no school time interruption.

Young Andrea (lead) - Black, playing age 8
Adventurous. Brave. Curious. Her drawings are imaginative, and she can get a bit shy. It would be great if she could get her head out of the clouds, learn to contribute in school and play with the other kids once in a while.
