I hope you are all well.

I would like to let you know Theatre Deli has been informed that there may be a filming production that could affect your journey.

You will still be able to use our front entrance as normal, however, please keep in mind that there may be road disturbances that could delay your journey. We recommend giving yourself extra time to reach us.

Please see the message below from the filming company:

We hope to film on the dates and times below:

• Friday 30th August 2024 → 1900hrs - 2330hrs

• Saturday 31st August 2024. → 1800hrs - 0300hrs

• Saturday 7th September 2024 → 1300hrs - 2200hrs

Please note: We would require 1 1/2 hours on either side of these times to set up pre-filming and clear post-filming.

To create a safe working environment for our exterior filming, we have requested a road closure on the following streets for the above dates, excluding Friday, 30th August, when we have asked for Stop&Go:

• Leadenhall Street (from A10 to Creechurch Lane)

• Billiter Street

• Fenchurch Avenue

• Lime Street

• St Mary Axe (from Leadenhall Street to Undershaft)

We have also approached the City of London Film Office about filming some scenes at Farmer J’s, 80 Fenchurch St, London EC3M 4BY.

We hope to film on the dates and times below:

• Saturday 7th September 2024, 13:00hrs -17:00hrs

Please note: We may be on-site from 07:00-21:00 to set up pre-filming and clear post-filming.

To create a safe working environment for our exterior filming, we have requested Highways control on the following:

• Pavement Closure directly outside 80 Fenchurch Street

• Intermittent Traffic Control (Stop/Go boards) around the junction of Aldgate, Fenchurch Street and Mitre Street

To facilitate the filming, we are also looking to request parking in the area. You will receive a parking plan closer to the time.
