This workshop is aimed at helping actors regain their confidence in spontaneous creation by focusing on tools to help improvisation flow.
Actors are often asked to “just improvise something” for auditions or in rehearsals. Have you ever been put on the spot like this? When it’s time to improvise do you feel a block? If so, it’s time to become less scared of failure and start embracing and using it!
We will focus on: improv technique, text inspired improv, character exploration and scene creation through improvisation. It is an opportunity to use improvisation as a tool for exploration and discovery in a pressure free environment.
