A woman has isolated herself in her room. She awaits a call that could save her.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO BE ALONE is a multi-media performance inside an installation. Combining visual art, immersive sound and movement, this theatre piece examines the nuances of isolation, mental health and 'self-care' culture. Through the walls of their bedroom we watch a young person, confined to their room for an unknown amount of time, wrestle with their own mind, body and space.
