Are you an experienced improv comedian seeking more stage time and a supportive, inclusive, and fun team? Not Therapy is an improv group currently with five members, and we're looking to expand! We’re seeking talented performers to join our creative family. Ideally, you have a couple of years of improv training or experience, have performed regularly within a group, and have some stage experience. We're seeking a broad spectrum of people from all backgrounds.

Not Therapy specialises in taking audiences on weird and wonderful journeys through a playful variety of scenes inspired by characters whose lives are drastically altered by the world around them. Our style is a mix of organic, grounded scenes as well as higher tempo ones.

We’re a fairly new group but have already performed at various improv events, including 'DDG,' 'Hoopla,' 'Swipe Night,' and 'Glitch.' What's great about us is that we really focus on creating a safe space so that we can be our absolute best when rehearsing and performing. We take improv seriously, but the energy of the group is light-hearted.

We’re taking a break in August, but rehearsals will kick off in September. Rehearsals will be on Tuesdays at the Theatre Deli near Bank. Our open day casting session will be the evening of the 31st of July.
