PRODUCTIONS AND OTHER WORK

ANANASSO PRODUCTIONS are looking for a PA to with the DIRECTOR & PRODUCER (and liaise
with the Stage Manager/ASM during the performance period) on an ADHOC basis for ‘A God
Who Can Speak’, ‘DELIVERANCE’ and other productions.
Tasks will include but not be limited to contacting actors to verify availability for performances,
researching venues & prices for rehearsals/performances, scheduling actor rehearsals, writing
casting/crew calls for future projects, scheduling meetings on behalf of Director/Producer for venue
visits/crew interviews (e.g., stage managers, ASMs, Light & Sound Technicians etc.), organising &
assisting with casting calls/auditions, read through event days & fine tuning/confirming final details.
There will be an expectation for you to physically attend casting call/audition/read through sessions
however it will be up to you as/when you are able to attend depending upon your diary/other dates.
Please be open to having honest conversations with the Director/Producer.
The PA will need to be assertive, confident, adaptable to change, eager to learn with some
organisational skills. The majority of this role will involve emailing, research via the internet and
requires direct use to the internet and a PC/Laptop or equivalent. This has been designed to take some
of the ‘smaller’ responsibilities away from the Producer/Director, so that they can focus on other areas
that require their immediate/focused attention.
I am open to all levels of experience as this is designed to give someone work experience. Please be
honest regarding the number of hours you can allocate daily/weekly (including weekends – if any). This
is designed for you to gain experience.
