Sharing this amazing workshop opportunity by award winning writer & performer Paula Varjack ‼️
Paula has made an incredible show about Janet Jackson and the “nipplegate" scandal at the 2004 Super bowl performance which uncovers the truth behind the media moguls who took down Janet Jackson’s career.

She will be delivering a 3hr workshop at Brixton House theatre, exploring how pop culture, meme culture and online moments can be transformed into live performance.

Through movement, music, and devising, participants will create original performance work in a playful and supportive environment.

Drawing on over 15 years of interdisciplinary practice, Paula shares how cultural obsessions and online moments can be used to explore big social questions and personal reflections.

Perfect for: artists, performers and creatives of all experience levels interested in devising, collaboration and performance-making.
